A herbal tea that disinfects the respiratory tract, soothes coughs and softens the throat serves as the base for the syrup. Alcoholic extracts of propolis, fennel, sage, thyme and pine essential oils with anti-inflammatory properties.

Nomadic Harvests are the fruit of my love for plants.

Between academic and more informal studies, learning is continuous.

Our base is the Alentejo but these Harvests are Nomadic, and between Lusitania and the Alps we collect plants and knowledge.

I create natural remedies and other herbal potions to maintain health and well-being.

The diversity of traditional uses that the same plant can have in different regions is an invaluable wealth that urgently needs to be preserved!

You can find us at the monthly markets of São Luís and São Martinho das Amoreiras.
